The microfluidic laboratory has FLUIGENT equipment for the control and manipulation of fluids in micrometer-sized channels. This innovative work methodology allows the development and optimization of microfluidic processes with high resolution and sensitivity in small size devices (“chips”), which can be designed on demand, with the minimum consumption of reagents, energy and time, thus offering an alternative to the traditional laboratory in what is known as “Lab-on-a-chip”.
