Presentation and objectives

The general objective of the project AUTONOMOUS ROBOTICS FOR INSPECTION AND EVALUATION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS WITH BIM INTEGRATION -ROBIM project-. is the development of an automated, active, and multidisciplinary inspection, evaluation and diagnosis of the composition and state of preservation and energy efficiency of the enclosures of the built heritage, which facilitates the obtainment of accurate and sufficiently detailed information on the systems and pathologies as well as an exhaustive analysis of the building. The proposal represents a high degree of novelty and technological risk. that integrates numerous challenges in order to overcome the existing barriers and to achieve a competitive improvement in the conservation and rehabilitation of the existing building heritage, achieving significant advances in processes for the identification, evaluation and early diagnosis of building envelopes.
