The main objective of AMBITELL has been to develop a software platform that improves and optimizes the management of industrial self-consumption photovoltaic solar installations. This tool, capable of integrating data from inverters from different manufacturers, simplifies monitoring and maintenance, especially relevant when managing a significant number of plants. In addition, data analysis allows the addition of other functionalities such as alarm integration and anomaly detection for the optimization of maintenance processes.
The project has been developed together with AMB GREEN POWER, an installer of photovoltaic self-consumption for the industrial and agricultural sectors, and ELLIOT CLOUD, an IT consulting company specialized in IoT, the Internet of Things. The CLENAR and SMARTCITY clusters, focused on the energy sector and smart cities, respectively, also participated. Finally, ITAINNOVA has focused on the development of a computer platform, in addition to the database and the code necessary for the storage of results for subsequent display on the website developed by ELLIOT CLOUD, for the detection of anomalies through the development of Machine Learning/Deep Learning models, applying CRISP-DM (cross-industry process for data mining) methodology. These activities have made it possible to generate alerts when plant operation is not as expected, extracting key information from the monitoring to improve maintenance.
